Human resource development has been an integral part of the school curriculum. Various platforms are set up for the pupil to develop the latent potentialities so as to make a way for their creativity to shape through various clubs such as Nature Club, Music Club, Interactive Club, Sports Club, Rhetoric Club, Science Club etc.

St. Francis also provides an environment for moulding fine arts, quiz, Philately which refine and house the latent talent of its young pupils and immensely enhance their personality.
